  1. 1. How do I make a new booking?

  2. 2. Is there a minimum order amount for me to avail the services?

    For free pick up and delivery, minimum 8 garments or Rs. 800 billing (whichever is higher) is required else Rs.75 delivery charges will be applicable.

  3. 3. What are the different payment options?

    COD / Paytm / Credit Card or Online Payment for app customers.

  4. 4. Can I give special instructions for some of my delicate clothes?

    Yes. Please mention instructions to the executive who will do the needful documentation.

  5. 5. If there is a nasty stain on my clothes, should I go for ‘Premium Wash’ or ‘Dry Clean’?

    Though 'Dry Clean' is the better option, it should be noted that not all stains completely come off as removal of stain depends on the fabric as well as on the stain itself. Please highlight such stains to the executive.

  6. 6. Is your service available throughout the week?

    No, we are available all 6 working days of the week from 9 A.M. to 8 P.M. We are closed on Sundays.

  7. 7. I left some valuable items with my clothes. What do I do?

    Please reach out to us as soon as possible (ASAP). We cannot guarantee but yes, we try our best to keep such valuables safe and we will go the extra mile to assist you in such cases. Please call or Whatsapp us your full name and address on 8252 242424.

  9. 9. How do I check the prices?

    Our pricing is mentioned on the tariff page of our website. You can also call us on 8252242424 directly in case of any further pricing questions.

  10. 10. What are our working hours?

    We are operational from 9 AM to 8 PM. Our customer support lines are open from 8 AM to 8 PM. We are closed on Sundays.

  11. 11. When will I receive my clothes back?

    We try to deliver your clothes within 72 hours of pickup. In case of any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will keep you informed.

  12. 12. My locality is not listed. How do I make a booking?

    We are very glad to know that you are interested in our service. We are expanding fast and shall let you know as soon as we start our service in your area. Please leave a message on our Contact Us page so that we can inform you when we begin operations in your locality.

  13. 13. I want to use some clothes for laundry and some for dry clean. How can I do that?

    Like we said, we want to make your laundry experience hassle free. Just inform our executive which cloth needs which care and he will do the needful.

  14. 14. Is there any express or premium delivery service?

    We do it for specific locations and it depends on the number of garments, its type and the service required. If you call before 10 A.M. for express service then the same can be done in 8 hrs time with minimum billing terms.

  15. 15. Will I receive my clothes in hanger?

    We only deliver few dry-cleaning clothes like blazer, suits, and jackets in hanger. All other clothes are folded, packed and delivered. If some special garments need on hanger you can ask to pick up boy. Same will be charges extra 15 Rs for per hanger garments.

  16. 16. Why did I not receive my invoice?

    The invoice is generated after we receive your clothes and enter it into our system. It will be sent to your registered email address or by SMS. This might take a few hours after pickup. If for some reason you have not received your invoice, please contact us at [email protected] mentioning your order number and we will send you one.

  17. 17. Can I pay online after the clothes are delivered?

    You can pay though our app, via Paytm QR Code the delivery boy has or through swipe machines as well.

  18. 18. Can I pre-schedule my delivery?

    You will get a notification after your laundry has been processed and is ready for delivery. If you need to get it delivered at a convenient time, we cannot commit but will try to deliver as per your requirement.

  19. 19. Can you pick up from one address and deliver at another address?

    We can do it for a special case but not every time.

  20. 20. Is there guarantee of removal of stain?

    It should be noted that not all stains completely come off as removal of stain depends on the fabric as well as on the stain itself. Although every effort is made to remove stains, 24:Klen will not be responsible for stubborn and irremovable stains.

  21. 21. Is there imbursement policy incase of loss of garment or damage of garment?

    In case garments/home linen get damaged in the process, we may consider payment of the compensation, which will be limited to 10 times of the wash charge or Rs 5000 whichever is lower. We accept no liability for any loss or damage of the clothes arising due to fire, burglary, etc.
