Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Please note that we will not be responsible if the garments are not collected within 15 days from the date of scheduled delivery. Unless, the customer has given prior information about the delay.

  2. We accept no liability for any loss or damage of the clothes arising due to fire, burglary etc.

  3. In case, garments / home linen get damaged in the process, we may consider payments of the compensation, which will be limited to 10 times of the wash charge or Rs 5000 whichever is lower*.

  4. We follow a no claims policy; all articles are accepted at customer’s risk.

  5. Payment of refunds will be done on the services provided only.
